Payments are received via Revolut to an account held by Demian Petliak, a co-founder of 7walks, acting on behalf of the service.
By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
All pet sitting is delivered at the client's home. We do not take pets to our own premises.
We operate within the administrative boundaries of the city of Lisbon, approximately from Algés to Moscavide and from Cais do Sodré to Odivelas. Requests outside this area are considered on a case-by-case basis.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Refunds are processed back to the payment method used, typically within 5 business days.
If our walker or sitter arrives and is unable to begin the service because you did not open the door, failed to provide access, the pet is not at home, or for any similar reason that prevents us from delivering the service, the full booking amount is retained and no refund is given.
Your pet's behavior: Pets are unpredictable, particularly in their own environment. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet to its own home, its own belongings, or your property during our service. In exceptional cases where damage is clearly and solely the result of our walker's or sitter's actions, we will discuss fair compensation directly with you.
Our walker's or sitter's actions: If a member of our team accidentally damages or loses an item in your home, we will cover the reasonable replacement cost. Please keep particularly valuable items out of accessible areas during pet sitting.
Keys: When you entrust keys to our sitter for a 24-hour booking, we commit to keeping them securely and returning them in the same condition at the end of the service. We do not make copies under any circumstances.
Your pet's safety: Our walkers and sitters are trained to handle pets responsibly. If something happens to your pet because of our negligence, we take responsibility. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues stemming from your pet's existing health conditions, undisclosed behavioral problems, or unpredictable reactions to circumstances beyond anyone's control.
If your pet requires emergency veterinary care during our service and you cannot be reached, our walker or sitter will use their best judgment and take the pet to a veterinary clinic. You, as the owner, are responsible for all veterinary costs. We will share all receipts and documentation.
In cases where the emergency disrupts our team's schedule significantly (for example, prolonged time at a clinic), we may invoice an additional fee, discussed with you case by case.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon.
